Being Human (UK), Season 4. Where the heck have I been? Werewolves, vampires and ghosts. Are you kidding me! Some of my favourite things to watch and read about. I don't know how I missed the beginning of season 4, but I did. Maybe I was in tv hibernation mode. Or maybe I just didn't want to face season 4 without Mitchell's character a.k.a the fine piece of Irish goodness, Aidan Turner.
I can tell you that I am not happy with season 4 starting off with Nina (Sinead Keenan) dead & George (Russell Tovey) dying. What the hell? And all of these new characters. Another trio of supernaturals from 55 years ago? I don't know, but I'll try.
I'm caught up to episode 4 at this point and it's gotten better as the episodes move along. Okay, better then better, it's awesome. I'll probably be caught up to the BBC playlist in the next few days. Why wait for Space if I don't have to. Lenora Crichlow's character Annie is still annoying, but I can't like every character, on one of the best shows I've ever seen.
Don't get me started on the US adaptation. I've tried to give it a fair chance by watching several episodes & it's not working for me at all.
Also starting a new season is Long Island Medium, on TLC. Yes, I watch it. Teresa Caputo is funny and genuine as far as I'm concerned. Let's hope season 2 is as good as season 1. I'm not into reality tv, but Teresa's show is one of the few exceptions. Last night's episode was a great season premiere.
Are you into Being Human (UK) or Long Island Medium?
