And I survived. Not that I thought I wouldn't but, I forgot how tiring it is to listen to other people lecture for hours on end. I know it will get better after all of my classes are done with the introductory lessons. I just want to start doing things. That always makes the classes fly by.
I did learn not to pack sandwiches with too many vegetables or mayo. The bread just does not hold up. Soggy is not appetizing. I also put too much crap in my carry-on bag. I'm not renting a locker, so I need to lighten my load.
Waking up a little earlier, 4 out of 5 days, is not bad but I still need to time my get-out-of-the-house routine a little better. I was scrambling and getting a little crabby. Here's to hoping today and the remainder of the week go well.

Trying a twist to my occasional oatmeal this morning. Saw this on The Chew. It was for chocolate oatmeal. My variation was: 2/3 c almond milk; 1/3 c. old fashioned oats; pinch of salt; 1 tbsp. dried currents/dried cranberries; 4 chopped raw almonds; 1 tbsp. hemp seed; 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup after the first taste. It needed a little bit of sweet because the cocoa powder made everything a little bitter for my palate. Heated almond milk, then added ingredients. Cooked for 1 minute 30 seconds. Added last 4 ingredients after oatmeal was in bowl. Pretty good. Great if you have the time and if your having a morning chocolate craving. It happens! I give it a 4/5. Have a great Tuesday!
