4 Snapper Fillets, skinless & deboned
1/2 lemon or lime to clean fish
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp crushed chile flakes
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp of grapeseed oil, plus 1 tsp
Rinse fish fillet. On a plate squeeze half a lemon or lime on fish.
Place fish in fridge for 5-10 minutes.
Take fish from fridge and rinse off. Pat dry, with paper towel.
Pour oil over fillets.
Then add all of the spices & herbs.
Make sure that the fillets are evenly covered.
You can cook the fillets right away or put them back in the fridge for no more than an hour.
If you put them in the fridge, take them out a half hour before cooking.
Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat.
Cook fish 2-3 minutes per side. Time will vary by thickness of fish fillet.
Serve hot & enjoy!
