Let the Fall themed cookies continue! But really I (& you) make these Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Cookies throughout the year.🍪A light crispy exterior with a soft tender interior. Biting into these cookies when they are still warm, gives the perfect blend of melted chocolate & the traditional Autumn baking flavours, that so many of us love!

  4. Add the vanilla extract, orange zest & sweet potato puree. Mix well.
  5. Add flour. Mix just until flour is almost incorporated.
  6. Add chocolate chips. Mix.

  8. Bake for 9-11 & cookie is golden brown on the bottom.
  9. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Finish cooling on wire rack.
