Although I'm not sure how I feel about animal farms, I did end up having a good time. The farm wasn't dirty or unkempt. The animals looked healthy to me. Who knows? They didn't seem stressed and they were all friendly, even the goat that tried to eat my mitten.
My little cousin was ready to go before I was. Although she was a great tour guide, and knew what animal was around the bend and in each building.
I was ready to stay there all day.
My mom, whom is very weary of animals in general, shocked the hell out of me by petting a goat. I didn't think I would live to see that one. The goats were super affectionate. Actually turning the top of their heads towards the bars, so the humans could scratch them at a better angle. I can't wait until I adopt my goats, pigmy goats in particular. Their actually one of my favourite farm animals, aside from horses.
The llama was pretty neat too. Although I'm not sure if she expected food, or a chance to bite me. I love her teeth, for some reason.
P.S. Finally took the Christmas tree & decorations down and boy does the house look boring.
