It's been a pretty chill Easter weekend. No celebrations or dinners but I'm okay with that. I'm content, so there's not much more than I can ask for. I was hoping for another day of sunshine so that I can take some pictures but it's looking iffy at this moment. I hope you are enjoying the rest of your extended weekend if you have it off.
I hope everyone is excited for the start of 2012, I know I am. I just wanted to go over some of what I would like to accomplish this year & say thank you.
Doing my best to stop stressing, which is very hard for me. But it's getting better by the day. If I can't control, I do my best to move on.
I'm finally content in my career choice of writing, which has never happened before. Ever. My first manuscript is going to start being sent out by the end of January. I'm super excited, yet scared of the outcome.
I'm happy and more content with myself in general. A positive outlook has helped me greatly. I'm a work in progress and will be till the day I die. I've changed my outlook greatly over the last year and I know that this, along with hard work, will get me to where I want to be and am meant to be in life.
I will get back into my knitting/crocheting. I haven't picked up a needle since early November. This was supposed to be a freestyle shawl that I started. I'll be starting over because I can't remember what the plan was. Oh well.
I also want to say thank you to all the viewers of my blog and to all my new subscribers (not the spammers, you suck). Thank you and I hope you continue to come back, comment and bring new viewers with you.
I've started a Facebook fan page, not because I think I'm special but because I would like to keep blog updates and my other writing separate from my personal Facebook page. If there's anything that you would like me to talk about or any discussions that you'd like to have, the fan page is open to all. Please don't forget to like the page. I'm also on Twitter (Nadiadonella) and LinkedIn. If there's anything that you'd like me to blog about please let me know and I'll see what I can do. *Remember abuse will not be tolerated towards anyone. Constructive criticism is always good.*
