Pot or heat resistance bowl
1 tbsp. whole or ground flax seed
3 tbsp. hot water
If using whole flax seeds, pour hot water over flax seeds.
Let sit for half an hour. Strain to separate seed from gel. Cool and proceed to use as replacement for 1 whole egg.
If using ground flax seed, pour hot water over flax seeds. Let sit stirring a few times. Cool and proceed to use as replacement for 1 whole egg. This will give you a small boost of fibre, if it makes you feel better! ☺
