This is my first experience with Herbal Essences Naked, a cleansing conditioner. Herbal Essences Naked is made in the USA, distributed by Procter & Gamble. A one-step cleansing conditioner is a bonus in my eyes. Who has time or wants to shampoo and then condition? I don't.
What it does: Cleanses your hair, without stripping your hair. Which is great if you have thick or coarse hair, like I do. If you have fine hair this may not work for you but who knows it may. Cleans away all of the product, dirt & oil that is on your scalp and hair.
Scent: Peppermint scented, which is not overpowering at all. It does contain peppermint oil, which creates a slight tingle, on your scalp. It is not overwhelming at all.
Texture: Very thick and creamy. White in colour.
Price: On amazon.ca $6.99. It does go on sale from time to time.
- Does a great job cleaning the hair and scalp.
- Hair is very moisturized, not greasy, and soft.
- The detangling is not that great. If you have super curly or kinky-textured hair you may have to use an additional detangler.
- It is not perfectly natural but if that is not on the top of your list, give it a try.
