The only reason that I'm excited that's it's Friday, is because this Monday is Family Day in a few provinces in Canada. Ontario being one of them. I'm thankful for that and am going to enjoy it. I've learned to take advantage of Government/Federal/Provincial days off, because I have the law behind me to say, I need a damn break! I know that I'll be working on school stuff for the rest of today and all of this weekend. I plan to get caught up and comfortable with where I am, in school, if it kills me. Okay, that's a bit dramatic but I think you know what I mean. There's no point in taking this program if I can't teach someone, with near perfection, everything that I've learned. At least that's the way that I feel about it.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI did finally finish, 1 of the 3 books that I borrowed from the library. Who Asked You? by Terry McMillian, 2013. It took me weeks to finish it because if I do have any time to read my eyes are burning from exhaustion, so it's a constant, "I'll read another chapter tomorrow," deal.  So I'm hoping that I can get another head start on book 2 of 3, (Heartbreak Hotel by Deborah Moggach, The Widow Waltz by Sally Koslow). Maybe watch a movie, or keep working on my book forward. Which by the way has been thrown way back out of my minds eye. I knew I would be busy with school, but I underestimated the workload by a lot. My first book schedule is months off and I have to find a way to get it back on track. I'm still trying to figure that one out, since school really has no end for me. Anyway, I'm off, I have a courses calling me. Have a great weekend and Family Day, if you get the day!

Book of the Week: Who Asked You? by Terry McMillian  I'd give it a 3.5/5. (Links may not work in all countries. All videos belong to the artist/corporation. Links may be affiliate links.)

Yoga is going well. The flexibility is coming back sooner then thought it would. Muscle memory, I guess. I will continue to make time for it because it can't hurt and I feel that it's helping. Here's to hoping that I keep it up!

Classes are so-so. We're starting to learn the basics of coding, which is something that I was and am looking forward to. I'm still having to reference the text book a lot but things are starting to click and are coming to mind quicker. Kind of slow for my liking but at least I'm starting to see progress. Sort of. I had to do an impromptu presentation in one of my classes, which I was not thrilled about. I've dropped classes in the past because of having a lot or any presentations. Not my thing at all. Isn't interacting in life, enough presentation? Jeez!

I've also started to go in early, about 1 hour to an 1.5 hours before school starts, to get a head start, catch up and/or review. Staying at the school until 10 at night is not for me. I fade by early evening.

Weather, cold, snow, blah, what's new? Enough on that. Have an awesome Friday and an even better weekend! If I can sleep in and maybe catch a nap, I'll be golden.

down the roadSong of the Week: Dem No Worry We, Super Cat, 1992. Yep, that's going back a bit. Watch here. (Links may not work in all countries. All videos belong to the artist/corporation. Links may be affiliate links.)
