-Today is World Heart Day & I'm sharing 3 ways that I am improving/maintaining my heart health:
- How I deal with stress. I may not be able to stop stressful events from occurring but I have control over how I deal with them. In other words, if I have zero control, I let it go.
- Exercise at least 3 times a week. I'm not an athlete, nor am I striving to be one but I have mini exercise sessions that get my heart rate up for at least 10 minutes. It's not perfect but it's better than nothing.
- What I put into my body. I love a nice juicy steak but I try to eat a more vegetable-based diet. Let's not go crazy though. If I feel like a steak or some chicken, I will enjoy it in moderation.

-This Saturday is World Podcast Day and since I have my own podcast (My Views, Extended) I figured why not? My list constantly changes over the years but these are some podcasts that I'm enjoying:
The Friend Zone, Tiger Belly, Tin Foil Hat With Sam Tripoli, Rantin' and Ravin' With Yamaneika and Friends, and Social Misfit with Chloe Hilliard. There is much more & the list can go on and on. I tend to listen when I'm doing chores, cooking/baking or when working and absolutely no concentration is needed. What are your favourite podcasts to listen to? Where do you listen to podcasts the majority of the time?
